Today, let’s improve our time management skills by implementing at least one of the strategies below.

Action Steps:

* Create a To-Do List – Write down the top 3-5 tasks you need to complete today. Prioritize them based on importance.

* Use the Pomodoro Technique – Work in 25-minute focused sessions, followed by a 5-minute break. This helps increase productivity and prevent burnout.

Eliminate Distractions – Put your phone on ‘Do Not Disturb,’ mute notifications, and create a distraction-free environment while working.
